Superior native fertiliser
Our slow-release native fertiliser is specifically developed for Australian natives. Made with a composted Poultry Manure base we’ve added Sulphate of Potash, Feathermeal, Blood Meal, Kelp & Zeolite.
Getting the soil right
Australian soil is unique and many of our native plants that we grow are used to very little nutrients in the soil. Our range of fertilisers for natives will ensure you get the right mix of nutrients suited to our beloved Natives.
Mulching
Mulching your natives will help retain moisture, which is a handy thing in the driest continent on the planet. Just remember not to pile your mulch against your plant stems and trunks as this can encourage disease.
Choose the right plants for your area
Correct plant selection for your area will ensure successful results. Look around your area to see which plants are thriving.
Be water wise
Many Australian natives are used to dry conditions so it’s possible to kill them with love. Don’t over-water your natives. Once established most natives will thrive with just a weekly watering.
Pruning
Australian natives respond well to pruning so don’t be afraid to get in there with your secateurs and prune back your natives after flowering.
