Soil Sweetener & Conditioner

Terra Firma’s Dolomite is locally sourced and is a great soil sweetener & conditioner. Dolomite supplies magnesium and calcium to the soil whilst also helping to increase the soil pH of acidic soils. Calcium and magnesium are both essential plant nutrients.

Calcium improves the metabolic functions of plants which supports the uptake of other nutrients, improving plant growth and strengthening plant defences against pests, diseases, and environmental stresses. Magnesium plays a crucial role in the formation of chlorophyll within plant tissue and helps to activate specific enzyme systems.
